What could be easier than doing ONE scrapbook page per year? Around the time of your birthday, jot down as many tidbits as you can about yourself. Think stream-of-consciousness here, not perfection, not thoroughness. Imagine giving your adult child an album all about yourself, imagine a tradition of looking back through every year with your little album and a glass of wine -- and imagine an effort of only an hour a year.
This is one of the rare pages in my scrapbook that I didn't handwrite. And even though it is not artistically exciting, it is still one of my favorites. I can almost guarantee you will not regret it if you try this project.
39. I no longer care if I ever learn to knit.
40. Wallace Stegner rocks.
41. I start thinking about Christmas gifts in September.
42. I don't plan on ever running out of ideas.
Oh my, what a gift. And one project I can do in my not so organized house. Even if I get the luxury of not getting all the pages put together until the girls are my age.....
Thanks!
