Before, during, after.

 

I love this idea from Jeffrey Yamaguchi's 52 Projects:  the next time you have a party, take a photo of the same spot before, during, and after.

I chose a spot on the front porch and took this photo before our first Tuesday night potluck last summer.  Then, each Tuesday I took a photo of whoever happened to be sitting there during the evening. 

I couldn't really take an after photo, as our guests were thoughtfully tidy!
