Anna's Pesto
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 T chopped fresh basil
2 T chopped fresh parsley
scant 1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1 c. grated Parmesan
2/3 c. olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food process or blender, and blend until pesto reaches desired texture. Stir into freshly cooked pasta tossed in butter and black pepper. Serve immediately with extra grated Parmesan.
