New in my etsy shop this week: your favorite quote handwritten on a 4x6 card suitable for framing or gift-giving. (Mother's Day is right around the corner, why not frame it and give it?)
To enter this month's giveaway, share your favorite quote with me between now & April 30th. On May first I'll draw one name and write out the {lucky} winner's favorite quote. Good luck!
I love this idea and your sample quote is perfect for all of the foodies we spend quality time with, must remember this!
My favorite quote is: It is not length of life, but depth of life - Ralph Waldo Emerson

What a cute giveaway! My favorite quote is:
If I had a flower for every time you made me smile and laugh, I'd have a garden to walk in forever.

That's so tough . . . do I go with something scriptural or something from Dr. Suess? Maybe one of my favorties from one of my very witty kidlets? There are so many good quotes!
Ok, let's go with: "Today was good. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one." Dr. Suess
or maybe: "May the God of hope full you with all joy and peace as you trust in him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit" Romans 15:13
no wait, how about: Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh!" he whispered.
"Yes, Piglet?"
"Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw.
"I just wanted to be sure of you."
A.A. Milne
or maybe "Be who you are. Say what you feel. Those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." again with the good Dr.
How about you just pick one for me? I think that sounds like a good plan!
Happy Wednesday,
Shana

I adore quotes so much - I have so many....but for my husband -
Moon river, wider than a mile
I'm crossing you in style some day
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker
Wherever you're goin', I'm goin' your way
Two drifters, off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end, waitin' 'round the bend
My huckleberry friend, moon river, and me
Love and Hugs,
S

mine is a verse from Scripture, it is something I always refer back to when I'm feeling a bit down and out...
"I can do all things through Him who gives me strength" Phil 4:13

I love quotes, and I love your shop!
Well, it's though to choose one, but I will:
"life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself."

Followed over here from your Etsy shop.
LOVE this idea. I am a quote junkie.
Two of my favorites are:
..."The most important thing she'd learned over the years was that there was no way to be a perfect mother and a million ways to be a good one." -Jill Churchill
(kinda long)
or
Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.
~Judy Garland
I have a whole lot more that I love though.
Hope I win! ;)

I always have loved this one...

My fun one:
"It's kind of fun to do the impossible"
by Walt of the Disney variety :)
My thoughtful one:
"The desire to walk should mean more to you than how many times you fall"
by I dunno! I found it in some notes I written in a notebook once. I like it, though!
I'm going to have to get an address stamp from you for my sister's house warming gift :) That would be perfect!

"I'll brush second and you brush third, mommy" Ella Grace
This is quoted every time my four year old goes to brush her teeth. So sweet to this mommy's ears.

My favourite:

i love Dr. Suess quotes, but this one is probably my favorite of them all ~ You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.
