Since I had no time to actually make my own cookies over the holidays, I could at least oggle some expertly decorated ones in the book Cookie Craft. I'm giving some serious thought to Valentine cookies now.

I have done Valentine cookies in the past. I like the idea. They are fun to do and lovely to share.
