Writing this out, cutting out the little colored rectangles, looking at the pile of scraps beside me, I was back in college for a moment, making quotes to hang on my door. As my mom told me way back when: "You always feel the same age inside."

Do you ever start writing something out and then make a horrible mistake and have to start over? Or do you really plan ahead (write in pencil, not put the final art piece together until the writing is done, etc) to prevent that? I ALWAYS make such horrible mistakes whenever I want to write anything, like on a scrapbook page or a piece or art or a collage, and it's so discouraging. It makes me not trust myself at all, so I just don't write on those thing anymore.
