No problem there. So far in December I've made 196 address stamps, 575 custom holiday cards, a handful of personalized gifts, and 50 handcolored calendars. I've given myself over to it. And am feeling blessed and grateful that I can share my gifts. But also looking forward to sleeping more than six hours a night. I'm in the home stretch.
If you have a moment, could you share the name and/or a description of your favorite card game? I'm compiling a list of ideas for new card games to play as part of my son's present. I'd love a little help!
Some great card games:
* Bang! (cowboy old west showdown)
* Spooks (play is somewhat like hearts, but with spooky theme bats/skulls/black cat)
* Three Dragon Ante (This one is good enough we got my parents to play. D&D themed somewhat, good strategy game but fun to play)
* Munchkin (funny D&D like adventure with lots of ban puns. You fight monsters and gain treasure. It has many themed expansions)
Some of these you can find at Target or the like, but locally go to The Source (across from HarMar mall) for everything & super helpful staff.

I highly recommend Set. It's super challenging (even for adults), but I've played it with kids.

Cribbage is my favorite card game ever. Just taught this game to my daughter and she loves it!

I've always love the card game Authors (kind of like Go Fish but uses authors & the books they wrote), but I don't know if you can find it anymore.

Whot! is a really great card game, first out in the 1950's, but still as good as ever. Pitt is also excellent, but be warned, it's a noisy one, good for playing with a group. Both vintage, both fantastic.

ROOK. I can't get enough. I think a brainy 10 year old could play, and a person has to think, yet it isn't too deep.
